1. When will my order be ready?

Orders are processed and packaged within 2 business days. I know how exciting it is to receive an order, so my goal is to get it to the Post Office as quickly as possible.

 

You will receive order updates via email, so you can stay in the loop!

2. Is postage tracking included?

All Prints and Posters have tracking, which will be sent to your email once your order has been processed and submitted to the postal network.

 

Items like Bookmarks or stickers are sent separately from my personal studio through standard letter service. This does not have tracking included. 

3. When will my order arrive?

Your order will take between 1-3 business days to process and print (for printed orders).

 

Once in the mail, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For Australia and Asia, Framed Posters (wood hangers) delivery takes up to 10 business days. 

 

PEAK HOLIDAY / SALE SEASON

Delivery times may be slightly extended due to the postal network's capacity.

Your tracking number for Prints and Posters will provide you with an update as it moves through the mail network.

 

STUDIO SENT ITEMS

Items such as bookmarks, stickers are sent from my Studio via Standard Letter Service. This takes approximately 2-5 business days for postal delivery in Australia, and around 10 business days to all other locations.

4. Can I exchange or get a refund?

I want you to be delighted with your order, so if anything doesn't look right, please get in touch right away.

Exchanges / refunds always apply to regular-priced and sale items items where there is a fault in the product supplied.

5. Something doesn't look right with my order. What do I do?

Oh no! I want you to be delighted with your order and take great care to pack each item.

 

If your items arrive defective or damaged, please get in touch via the Contact Page so I can help you right away. 

6. What currency is my order in?

All prices are listed in AUD dollars.

 

You can use the dropdown currency converter in the top right of the website to show prices in your currency.

 

Your payment will be converted by your payment provider (e.g. your bank, PayPal, etc.) at the time of processing your order. 

 

Some banking institutions or credit cards may also charge an international conversion fee. This fee is determined by each bank.  Please check with your bank if that applies to your method of payment. 

7. Can I request customisation to your products?

Customisation is not available for any products listed in the Shop.
